wearing pants in the summer

watched the documentary “earthlings”, and i’m finished with meat, eggs and most dairy. i’m good with it. i’ve been lazy lately..i know i’m not closing in on any goals, but at this point i just want lots of sleep and time to relax, after crap work all day. we’re heading off on vacay in about 6 or so weeks; i need to buy a bathing suit (!) - need to buy tickets, still! otherwise, all is good..i’m in a happy place, taking it all one day at a time.


friday, finally. i am done with meat, for a while. just the thought of it makes me gag. eating edamameeeeee! i’d like a cupcake..not gonna lie. if the local cupcake shop was open right now, 940am, i’d be down there buying several.


slacked, yesterday; back on track, today. i’m gonna keep on keepin’ on!


welp. ate like crap, allllllll weekend. back to plan, monday morning. crap morning, by the way. i’m tired and grumpy. gr.


253!! started week 3; which is brisk 5 min, run 90sec, brisk 90 sec, run 3min, brisk 3 min, 90sec/90sec/3min/3min, 5 minute cool down walk. after the last 3 min run, i did brisk 90 and run 90, just to get home faster..i’m not gonna lie, i wasn’t very confident that i’d be able to do it. 3 minutes? but I DID!! i felt good. i also felt good about the number i saw this morning. i know i shouldn’t step on a scale every day, but there’s just part of me that needs to see my hard work is paying off.. xo


255.5, this morning, thankyouverymuch!! feeling good..hoping to maintain the positive. bought some 100cal popcorn, last night-I love popcorn..let me be clear: i love MOVIE THEATER popcorn..i can only hope this stuff will meet my haughty palate..(ha ha haaa…)

so i’m not gonna lie, it was hard to get out of bed today. i did it, though! it was raining and i managed to soak my left foot several times.. but it was good. tracking - via myfitnesspal.. it’s going well, also. making a mini goal of not eating my calories burned. anyway, not much else to say .. xox


honestly, i failed my mini goal of a successful 3-day track.. but i got my c2-5k in this morn & have decided to go mon-fri and sleep in on the weekend. i’m 2 months away from our vacation..i’ve got some goal clothes for our trip; i’d like them to be loose, but i wouldn’t be bummed if they just buttoned up.. xoxo


today it took about 10 minutes to get out of bed..but I DID IT!!! my spawn woke up and that threw me off..i enjoy my early wake up & move as SOLO time; i go, come back, shower and can chill out for the half hour, or so, before anyone has to get up..thankfully my bf is there so he got up with her, but it still kinda threw me. it’s all good, though.. anyway, i’ve got to start tracking my food because i find myself eating too much, at night. toast, soup..it adds up. goal: track for three [3] days, no excuses. monday’s post will tell if i’ve accomplished that goal. happy friday!!


we had pizza and cake (chocolate hazelnut), last night, so I was ready for my c25k, this am. going to repeat this week’s run at least 4 times (rather than suggested 3) just to try to be more comfortable with it; i think this week is 5 brisk walk, 90 seconds run, 2 minute brisk walk —x6? followed by the 5 minute brisk walk cool down. i drove my route and figured it to be about 2.5km. must get back to work. have i ever mentioned i love working with cramps? cause do i ever!!
